Rapid Yatra is operated by MINT MIND TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Rapid Yatra”, “we”, “us”), GSTIN 36AAVCM1233H1ZB. This Policy applies to our website and online tourism package services.

2. Information we collect

• Contact and account details: name, mobile number, email and address.
• Package details: destination preferences, holiday dates, traveller names, age/date of birth, gender, nationality and identity/passport information where required for a booking.
• Transaction details: amount, payment status, payment reference, refund and dispute information. We do not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or OTPs.
• Technical information: IP address, device/browser type, cookies, pages visited and security logs.
• Communications: calls, emails and support requests.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide package quotes; reserve and manage requested tourism packages; deliver vouchers and itineraries; collect payment through authorised payment providers; process permitted changes, cancellations and refunds; provide support; prevent fraud; keep business and tax records; and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We share only what is needed with hotels, activity providers, transfer partners, tour and other tourism suppliers, payment gateways, banks, communications/hosting providers, professional advisers and government authorities where law requires. Each tourism supplier may apply its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data.

5. Payment security

Payments may be collected through a third-party payment gateway. Payment credentials are entered into the gateway’s secure interface and handled under its terms and privacy practices. Never send us an OTP, PIN, CVV or password.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for package fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and applicable legal, tax, accounting and dispute obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

7. Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, completion or deletion of eligible personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Some booking and statutory records must be retained.
